Cancellation Policy

  • The order placed can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order. For orders  that has already been shipped, there will be no cancellations made and the same will be notified to you at the time of cancellation.
  • Divyam Walnuts reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where Divyam Walnuts is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with  policy or for any other reason. However, we will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund, will be made in reasonable time.


  • If the products that you purchased have not been delivered in a proper condition or have been damaged in transit or any defect, please do not accept the package as we will replace the goods with no extra cost.


  • Once the order has been cancelled, you will receive the refund within four weeks after deduction of 5% which is incurred towards payment gateway during purchase. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, PureMart will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account.
